Jira - Smartsheet: Some issues are taking 24 hours to feed into Smartsheet

I have a jira connector workflow set up to feed a smartsheet grid. Within the workflow, I used JQL to determine when/if an issue should flow into smartsheet (when a particular field is set to "Agent Response Pending"). Most issues feed to smartsheet between 5 minutes to 40 minutes. However, some are not feeding until the next day. Any idea why this may be happening?
