Download attachments only from Sheet with filter applied
I have a user question...If I have a sheet that has many rows, and I use a filter for example to show just rows with date greater than X...is there a way to then bulk download the attachments just to those rows? The bulk attachment download icon seems to be for the entire sheet, even if a filter is applied...anyone know a trick here?

Hello,
The best way to bulk download attachments is to click on the attachments icon (paper clip) in the right panel.
This shows you all attachments, and you can click on the ones that you want then download just those.

I'm looking to do this too. Going through hundreds of attachments to try and find the hundred or so that I need seems impractical when I can filter to show the ones I need. Is there still no way to do this?

There is not a way to filter the attachments the way you are wanting. I suggest that you Submit a Product Enhancement Request.

I found a bodge to get around this...!
Create a new grid sheet and call it something like Filtered attachments, then go back to your original sheet and highlighted all your filtered rows. Right-click and select Copy to Another Sheet...
Choose your newly created Filtered attachments sheet. Most importantly, make sure you check the Include attachments box!! Click on OK.
When you now go into the new Filtered attachments sheet, click on the paperclip icon on the right hand side, select all the attachments by clicking the checkbox at the top and in the drop-down for Actions and click on Download xx Files...
Done! 👍️
