Workflows not working right away?
Hi,
Several times I've set up workflows and then test them by changing whatever criteria I need to trigger them and nothing happens, then, later on they suddenly work. I just set one up and haven't for awhile, and it doesn't work. It's doing the same thing as another sheet I have, so I don't know why this workflow wouldn't work. It's a simple one: When a person in a dropdown is selected to a row, that person gets alerted. But when I select the person from the dropdown it's doing nothing. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks!

How soon is "Right away"?
I've found with some recent workflows I setup to notify to a Slack channel that it generally takes 1-3 minutes for the alert to generate.

They did end up working after about 10-15 minutes, thanks. I guess there is lag time for some reason.

I am experiencing huge lags, or no alerts or request for updates. It is basically useless at the moment and I can't accomplish my development, because testing is inconsistent.
