Is anyone else having their smartsheet refresh itself anywhere from around 2 to 6 minutes on its own
I am having an issue today with myself and multiple users where a smartsheet that is open in a tab, active or not, will self refresh anywhere from every 2-6 minutes. Even if it is in current use, such as typing in a cell. It is maddeningly annoying and I cannot currently see a reason as to why. We have a few different web browsers at play, as well as hard wired and Wi-Fi. I am not seeing a common connection except smartsheet at the moment.
I was able to catch it once and it had a message that the smartsheet session was no longer active.

Yes, my whole company is having this issue and it just started today. I have a help ticket into SmartSheet support but I have not heard back yet. I am thinking it may be everyone? I have heard from at least 8 users on multiple sheets.

Thank you DSI_1! At least we know it is not just us. Also put in a ticket. Hopefully they can address it soon.

This was an issue last Wednesday the 24th and reported as resolved that evening. I had the same issues again on Friday and submitted a case to support. Have not heard back from them since, but it does appear to still be an issue, unfortunately.
