One Smartsheet with Multiple Tabs
Does Smartsheet support having multiple tabs within the same sheet?
If so, how and what is the best way to set up?

Smartsheet does not allow multiple tabs per sheet like Excel and Google Sheets do. Though they are a spreadsheet their system has a lot more stuff happening on the backend.

Hiya! Just jumping in here with an update: although you would need to open up a new browser tab in the web version of Smartsheet to see multiple sheets at one time, the Desktop App version has tabs.
Here's the announcement post for more information:

Genevieve

Thank you. Do you have any suggestions for how to organize in potentially a similar manor with "tabs"

Each Smartsheet that you open in the program appears as a tab in the window even though they are not contained in a single Smartsheet. You could try organizing all your files in a folder or a shared workspace and then close all open sheets (tabs) then navigate to the HOME tab and open only those sheets in the folder that you want to see and flip between.
If you're more interested in referencing data from multiple sheets you can use cross-sheet formulas and cell linking to join data if necessary.

The best way I've found to 're-create' tabs is just to make good use of filters so you only see specific chunks of info at time. Simple and quick, so you don't have to keep flipping between sheets... just select the most applicable filter.

Hi Genevieve,
Unfortunately, this does not answer what the original post was referring to. This announcement is regarding eliminating the need for "web page tabs". The original question was in regard to connecting multiple sheet tabs, to one document - similar to Excel.
