Therefore, I would like to propose the addition of logic and helper texts to the request update workflows.
Logic: The ability to add conditional logic within the request update workflows would be immensely helpful. For instance, if certain criteria are met within the form, specific questions or fields could be displayed based on user responses. This would not only streamline the data collection process but also make the workflow more adaptive and user-friendly.
Helper Texts: Including helper texts, similar to what we find in form creation, would provide users with valuable context and guidance as they complete the request update workflows. This would significantly reduce errors and misunderstandings during data entry.
