List of automation workflows

Having a list of all the automation worflows on all the sheets, or all the automation someone's name is on could be useful for maintenance. If some employee change responsability, it would be nice to easily find all the automatic workflow that they are involved in.

Agreed, this would be incredibly helpful. We have a ton of movement on our team and going back can be tricky. Does anyone know if this has been created since this comment was made?

this is the first feedback I ever got.

I'm more fluent with the API now. If I had the need, I would make a script that scan evey sheet for automation and export a list with Sheet's name, automation's name and recipients' email. I simply have other task to focus on right now.

Would love to have a report like this while we are merging duplicate accounts since workflow automations do not get transferred to the replacement email login account.

I also like the idea of using the API in a script that scans every sheet for automations and exports a list with the sheet name, automation name, and recipient email, but for how much Smartsheet costs to use, some basic admin functionality like this should be included.

Maybe I can spare some time to experiment with the script-based solution. Does the API take long to learn?

I have hundreds of workflows for our company. When someone joins the company that needs to be added to workflows or when someone leaves the company that needs to be removed (currently when the user is deleted from our account it does not remove them from any workflows), it's very hard to keep up with all workflows that need to be updated. I would love to be able to run a report with a list of all the active workflows and what sheet they belong to.

Great idea! In addition to that, a report that also shows what's been set up on a schedule-send basis (eg from sheets or reports). I posted the question below and was told to submit as an idea, so adding to yours in the hope we'll get more upvotes and it turned into development :)

Is there a quick way to discover where scheduled send reports, from a report or a sheet, have been set-up, and then modify or delete their occurrence?

I have multiple project sheets on the go, and at the close of each I go in and disable all automation workflows, however I don't have capacity (or memory) to check to see if a particular report had been scheduled to send on a particular schedule. It's only when people notify me that they're still getting them, that I can go and turn them off.

Is there a quick way to look through all automations that have been set-up (even at workspace level) to make the task of finding and disabling easier?
