I don't understand why the simple copy/paste function of Smartsheet doesn't seem to work without going into a cell. For example, if you're trying to copy a number of cells (name, email address, request ID) to be used either in Smartsheet or notepad, you'll get the functionality via Cntl+c or right click ->copy. The data gets a dashed line around it (see image), but when you go to paste it, NOTHING HAPPENS. This is a simple, basic functionality in Excel and every other software. Why is this sooooo tedious with Smartsheet? What am I missing?
