My Dashboard is Not Publishing

I am on the Pro Plan but when I try to publish my dashboard it says I need to upgrade. When I click upgrade it brings me to the plan I am already subscribed to. I am just trying to get a link to share to the dashboard. Any thoughts?

Hiya, just jumping in here to clarify:

The Publishing feature, making a Smartsheet item accessible outside of Smartsheet, is only available on Business and Enterprise plans.

With a Pro Plan, you'll want to Share the item instead of Publishing it. Here's the article on Sharing: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482533-share-a-smartsheet-item

It's not working because it's not available in the Pro plan. You have to upgrade to Business to be able to Publish.

@Genevieve P. so there is no way to publish and make it viewable to people who don't have a Smartsheet account? I'm just trying to send a link to a group of people who don't necessarily have Smartsheet. I also don't want to individually put each person's email in when "sharing" it.

Hi @atthistle

On a Pro Plan, you'll either need to share the sheet directly in the Smartsheet application, or export the data (for example by sending the sheet as an attachment) to show external collaborators what you have stored in Smartsheet.

Why has this changed? It seems like all of the good features that used to be included with the lower subscription rate are now moving into the more expensive packages. It's really disappointing that people have used this service for years are now getting priced out of the feature they used to have as standard.
