Erroneous workflow automation emails

I'm system admin and one of my users is receiving "Smartsheet Automation" emails associated with a certain sheet that has no workflows or forms created for it. So, no emails should be delivered. Any idea on what is triggering this and how to fix the issue?

Subject line: "Smartsheet Automation"

In the lower portion of the body: "You are receiving this email because you are subscribed to a workflow on sheet _____ (name omitted here)

OK, problem solved. It turns out that someone created a birthday and work anniversary alert reminder for data on that sheet, therefore triggering it.
