Copy Rows Automation Issue

Hello,

I've been working with Smartsheet for about a year now and I'm encountering an issue with the copy rows automation. I've inherited the sheets in question after a couple of the previous owners have left the company, including the person who made the automations. I'm an admin or the owner of both sheets now which I thought would help resolve the issue, but I am unable to find the second sheet I need to copy over the information even though the sheet exists. Can someone help me identify a solution?

Try saving the sheets as new:

File —> Save as New for both of the sheets.

And then try setting this automation up again on the new sheets.. do you still get this error?

I copied both sheets as new, and in the copy of the Intake sheet I was able to find the original Loadsheet but not the copy. I went back and double checked the original intake sheet and nothing appeared in the search again. This makes me think the issue is with that sheet.
