Smartsheet Not Provisioning as of 2024/08/06
We experienced some unusual behavior when provisioning work last week, Thursday (August 1st), but the issue seemed to have resolved itself at some point on Friday. This morning, the provisioning doesn't seem to work. Control center does not populate the column I selected in the Intake Settings tab Project link column with a link to the project sheet when the conditions are met. The Projects created value that indicates a project has been created does change to true, however, so it's like Smartsheet thinks it worked, but it doesn't. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Are you using auto-provisioning in Control Center, or are you manually provisioning your projects?

The team manually checks a box and then Control Center takes over.

That sounds like an auto-provisioning "automation" is in place in control center. If you have access to "Manage Program" in Control Center, I would suggest starting with checking the run logs to see if there are any error messages.

I recreated the Blueprint I was using to provision projects and that did the trick. I got some error messages along the way that asked me to reach out to Smartsheet Help and sent it to them for their logs.
