We do lots of external integrations for time keeping systems. I also have lots of familiarity with zoho as it was used by my last organization. If there is something you are specifically interested in grabbing let us know.

Your general approach is going to be,

1. Get all zoho employee records
2. tie zoho records to smar user records via some key
3. define what roll up you want from zoho
4. grab time log data and post back to SMAR

The main consideration for time keeping integrations is scoping. If you want extreme granularity you need to work with the 20k row limitations. This is normally done by sharding results to project level. It can also be done less effectively by sharding on name keys or other parameters.
