Is there a way to share the sight the same way we are able to share a regular sheet? sending it via email in PDF format at a certain frequency rate (monthly, weekly etc)?

There is an alternative solution for sharing a dashboard on a certain frequency rate, which has the most up-to-date and dynamic data in the dashboard (pdf is static data). See solution in this dialog.
