How would you recommend I add back in the action indicator row if it was previously removed by another user

If you're referring to the rows on the right side of the grid that display available attachments, pending reminders and update requests, and comments—it's likely those columns are hidden but not deleted. You can unhide them by right-clicking any column header and selecting Unhide All Columns.

The user was mentioning a row, not a column.

Once a user has deleted a row, the only way to restore it is manually. Usually by copying the values from an excel backup of the sheet. There is no way to fully restore a row once it has been deleted, as there are not REAL backups. See the following posts regarding users.

I’ve created an automation that generates a document and forwards it to the individual specified in a cell. The line item also has several additional attachments associated with it. Is there a way to include those attachments with the generated document?
I have an automation set up that copies a row to another sheet each day. The automation itself works correctly, but the problem is that it copies the formulas rather than the values, which causes the formulas to break and return errors. How can I configure it to copy only the values instead of the formulas?
