    User access to drop down menu

    I have added a new user with "Editor-can share" credentials. He is unable to fully acces all the fields in the drop down menu, the box marked filter is ommitted on his sheet. Also the message "23 days left" is beside the upgrade button, no other user has that message on their sheets.

      The 23 days left is in regard to his trial version of Smartsheet. Free users are automatically given a 30 day free trial of the full deal, which allows them to create their own sheets. When this expired they will be downgraded to a free user and still be able to access and edit the sheets that have been shared with them. They will not be able to create new sheets. 

      To access the filter menu the user should right-click on the header column and choose > Show Filter Menu
