QR code directing to Smartsheet form intermittently not directing to Smartsheet form
I have created a QR code for folks to scan to access a Smartsheet form to complete. Two out of 17 people who scanned the code received this instead of the form to complete.

When I use the traditional forms, created directly from the grids, I use the feature of prepopulating the data using web strings.
