it's very time consuming having to select each individual box in the gantt chart to match the colors in list view.
Gant function threw off all my external links in a prticular column. Not knowing this had happened, I had saved the work. Is it possible to restore a prior iteration of smartsheet?
If I set up notifications can I turn them off and turn them back on later? Or do I have to delete them all and then recreate when I want to use them again?

We have a master project tracking sheet which links cells from several different project sheets. In general, when you link cells, a blue arrow will appear on the left side of the cell.
