Moving a comment or attachment to a different line
HI Members Is there any easy way to move a comment or an attachment from one line in a sheet to a different line in the same sheet? I'd rather not delete and then retype or re-attach. Thanks for any advice or tips Rob

I am trying to attache a pdf file that is 1.43 MB. (max file size is 256 MB) I tried with explorer and chrome. The far right hand of the row shows a green circle with a pie sliver which eventually disappears. The end result is no file gets loaded.
