Why Created By (auto generate column) show automation SS email when we attach the file first?
When user firstly attached file before fill up other columns, "created by" column will show "automation@smarsheet.com" email. It seems that to get correct email, user need to fill up other column 1st before attach something. Can we change this? cause i need to use "created by" column for an email automation.

Hi If I create a workflow to copy rows to a new grid, will it work retroactively if the criteria was met before the automation was created?
