Inconsistently updating Latest Comment Column
New conversations sometimes immediately populate to the Latest Comment column. Other times I need to save & refresh browser which works inconsistently. Can Not @Mention in Comments
I have an unlicensed user who is shared to a workspace as Editor. She is trying to use @mention in the Conversations but it will not populate with the person she is trying to @mention. Is this because she is unlicensed? I can not find any information in Smartsheet Help that would restrict this.
