Hello, everyone. This is a first-time poster here. I am using the Document Builder function. However, I keep getting a popup error message. So, the question is: I select a row and click on Document Builder. Am I doing something wrong, or is SmartSheet having issues now?
As I try to generate a document for a particular row, I am getting this error message. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas and tricks as to why this is happening and how to fix it?
For example, can it pull Job number of the line it's generating the document for so that it's unique and custom and gives good visual confirmation you are attaching the correct document to outgoing e-mail to suppliers?
