Capture the Decline Reason for DocuSign to Smartsheet

Hello,

I am trying to use the Smartsheet DocuSign integration to keep track of the signature status. I am able to track the overall status, such as sent, delivered, completed and declined. However, when a signature is declined, DocuSign will require the signer to provide a decline reason. However, I am struggling to find a way to get this field from DocuSign back to my Smartsheet for tracking purposes.

So is there any way for me to capture the reason for decline and bring it back to my Smartsheet page?
