E-mails to/from Smartsheet
Greetings, All. I just joined the Community and I have a question about e-mails. It is easy to send e-mails from Smartsheet. Is there anyway for the recipient to e-mail a response that will also appear in the Smartsheet row? Thanks, Louise

I love using Smartsheet, I am still learning how to set up my project management sheet
I wish I knew how to set up alerts specific to certain people. I also, would like to learn more about restricted access to what customers can see vs. clients or vendors (etc). I am still confused about how to use the Gannt chart in our industry.

Item being migrated to a new Smartsheet server?
We are getting this error message on one particular smartsheet: Is anybody else having the same problem? Can somebody in Support contact me to resolve it? Its been going on for a few hours and is rather inconvenient!

Row Last Modified Date doesn't reflect edits made to discussions or attachments
I have a column that populates with Modified (Date) to give me a quick view of the last time a row was updated. This column is not updating, however, when I modify a discussion or add an attachment. Is there a way to force the system column to include these edits?

How Do I Send a User an Alert When Anything in Their Row Has Been Updated?

Notifications
I followed the video tutorial to setup me to get an email notification right away when a box is ticked (so a change) in a column/cell. It tells me notification is saved but then when I go and tick the box I do not get an email. I tried setting it up for someone else on the shared sheet, but they didn't get an email either.

Form Submission
When submitting a form, I want a copy of the form automatically sent to a certain email address. I would also like the manager completing the form to put in their email if they would like to be cc'd. I know I can send the row once it reaches the sheet, but is it possible to always have an email address cc'd on the form…

Sheet no longer updating Google calendar and Alerts no longer going out to email
Any chance that there is a system issue going on? This feature went sporadic on my account and now none of my alerts work, and despite republishing to google calendar, nothing is pushing out from Smartsheet. Any chance there is a system issue?

Reminders based on multiple criteria
Hi, The only trigger available is based on dates which is fine but I need to add a condition such as "unless item closed". Do you know of a way I can achieve this, first of all is it a feature available? Thanks,

Can notifciations be turned off and then back on later?
If I set up notifications can I turn them off and turn them back on later? Or do I have to delete them all and then recreate when I want to use them again?
