Approval process automation
I'd like to create a workflow which will collect data from a webform (can I edit the look & feel of the web form UI?) and have that data forwarded to several people for approval without the need to go to echosign.
The webform is the easy part (thank you Smartsheet), but the rest of the approval confirmation on the sheet itself is a challange.
Any idea where to start?

This is pretty familiar to a use case I've been working on. Have a look at these 2 threads, some great pointers:

Ultimately, what you'll need to do is leverage the Alerts and Reminders functionality. Have an alert kicked off to your reviewer team anytime a new row is added. As of now, I'm managing this by sending emails to the approval team and then comparing the last modified by data against my approver team and if last modifier is not an approver, I use conditional formatting to identify rows in my sheet that require approval.
I would think if you have a set of approvers, give each a column to manage their approval and send reminders out based on the approval column?

Udy,
This looks like the same question rephrased as this one:

Am I missing some nuance?
Evan's answer is spot-on.
