We would love the ability to rotate proofs inside Smartsheet. Currently we have to do extra things outside the system to get this functionality. We use proofs to approve artwork on packaging which has both right-side up and upside-down pieces.
My team noticed in a recent update that a side panel automatically opens up any time a smartsheet item is opened from a shared workspace. Can we have the option to turn this feature off so that we don't have to click the "x" every time to get rid of it? I've attached a photo of the side panel that I'm referring to.

Currently shortcut widgets operate differently depending on if you are opening a Smartsheet item or an external link. Smartsheet items open in the same tab. External links open in a new tab. You can have the option for Smartsheet items to open in a new tab by just linking it as external, but you have no option to open…

If multiple users end up editing the same cell without realizing, the last change that was saved overwrites the other. All editors should be able to view the current cell that is being edited and should be able to lock them as they continue to edit.
