For the updated Charts allow NOT show % with 10.xxx%
For many of my charts I prefer a whole number. The new look is making my charts hard to red with a % having decimal places. If this is the improved look, can we have an option for the number of decimals to show like we do in sheets?

Leading Zero in DD-Mon-YYYY
Can there be an option to enable the front Zero for the date format 27-Apr-2018? Right now it will show only a single digit for days 1-9, and the Zero is needed to make the numbers unambiguous. (I didn't make this rule, just have to follow it.)
