Dashboard Enhancements

I would like to suggest a few items that I believe would greatly enhance the dashboards:

Being able to add borders around individual or group of widgets. it is difficult to distinguish sections of dashboard and it doesn't look clean.
being able to have filters carry over from sheet or have an option to filter in the dashboard widgets - filtering for individual user or groups of users would be helpful
being able to stack widgets i.e., putting your logo within the title widget, or adding a picture to a report widget, or an image on another image.
ability to add headers / footers to report and dashboard
ability to remove gridlines
ability to have widgets right next to each other not separate

Connectivity Issue
I'm having issues accessing Smartsheet in both the desktop app and web browser and continually get the below error message…I need to refresh multiple times to get it to work. And sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt:
Can no longer edit Smartsheet that I own.
This just started today… For some reason, I can no longer edit fields in my Smartsheet. One I'm the owner of. I do see an icon in the upper right that says "Comment Only", but can't figure out how to change it. Here a screenshot of what I am seeing:
