Video Embedding - Dashboard Widgets
Currently, Smartsheet offers a short-list of external sources that give the ability to embed videos using the Web Content widget in a dashboard. I would love to see this list expanded to include Clipchamp, Supademo, etc.

Update Task Status from Resource Management to Smartsheets
Ability to update the task status in Resource management and push this back into Smartsheets. Currently my resources enter their time in Resource Management and update the status of the task when complete - this currently doesn't flow back into smartsheets and it is either a manual process for me to see what tasks have been completed in RM and update in Smartsheets, or they have to update this in two places.

Creating automations from reports
It would be super helpful to have the ability to create an automation/workflow from a report so that my team can get ONE comprehensive email/alert each week for a "request for updates" across all sheets that are being pulled into the report.
It can be daunting for a user to receive a similar alert via an automation or workflow (i.e. when a project is in red and needs to be addressed/updated) from individual sheets when they have projects assigned to them on several sheets; they then receive updates on different days, at different times, and then begin to lose track of the update requests.

Meet Sam Harwart, our November Member Spotlight! 🎉
I have a lot to be grateful for when it comes to our Community members, especially today because I get to tell you about our November Member Spotlight! A man of many hats, @Sam_Harwart is a certified Smartsheet Partner and Community Champion, so you know this is going to be a great read.
Sam is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Archer Consulting, and lives in Tennessee in the US. His introduction to Smartsheet came pretty fast and furious when he was put in charge of leading the rollout for it across hundreds of projects at a former company (I know many reading this can relate!).
Now as a founder and partner, his company tagline “Your Success is our Target” perfectly embodies Sam’s goal of helping clients achieve their own objectives. His favorite feature right now? “Stacking AI on top of Smartsheet’s foundation to build new solutions,” he says. “I recently created an AI-powered tool that lets you create a solution just from a prompt. We call it SheetBot.”
Having just recently returned from ENGAGE, Sam says he’s also excited to use all the new features announced at the event while taking his clients on the journey as well.
Sam is an active Community Champion, generously offering help to others in need of assistance when he can. “I like popping into the Unanswered Questions section of Community and trying to find new problems to solve,” he explains. “Sometimes, a great way to learn something is to try and solve the questions of others.”
Recently, he took a chance and signed up for the Community PeerConnect program after looking for even more ways to give back. The result? He was paired with Overachiever @Isis Taylor and a friendship bloomed . “I was so lucky to be matched with her. It’s been an absolute blast to watch her grow on her Smartsheet journey!”
When Sam isn’t in the Community or helping others, he enjoys coaching his kids soccer team, where he tracks their seasons in Smartsheet (see above) and tries to spend as much time as possible outside.

Document Builder with .docx files
It appears Document Builder is limited with PDF's and DocuSign only.
It would be beneficial to map fields with .docx files and reduce the need for using excel for this purpose. My company has a specific need for .docx files to be auto generated. We have hundreds of docx. files that don't necessary require signatures, but key dates, and names from Columns. Unfortunately we have to double our efforts using Smartsheet and Excel to accomplish this currently.

Allow Grouping of Dates by Month/Year Year in Pivot Table App
I know we can achieve this with helper columns in sheets, but I think it would still be a game changer if we could design Pivot tables that allowed grouping/summarising of dates by Month/Year without needing to edit all the sheets to include a helper column.
If we could do these sorts of date logics directly in the Pivot App without needing to create helper columns in every sheet, it would be fantastic.

Stack multiple saved filters
It would be helpful to be able to "stack" multiple saved filters, so that a user could apply multiple, orthogonal criteria at once without having to create a cross product of defined filters. For example, if records can be either "current" or "past" and either "material" or "immaterial," a user might want to search for "current material" and "current immaterial" and so on without creating four saved filters.
If the filter selector allowed selection of multiple saved filters at once, that would allow a user to easily compose such a query with just two saved queries.

I'd like to vote for this feature as well. I want the users to set stoplight colors (RYG) manually for each task/row, but then have automation change it to gray for complete (if not already done by the user) based upon the selection in a status dropdown column. Seems pretty easy based upon all the other automation options.

Ability to set vertical axis scale on charts
I appreciate the feature in charts to scale to data values, however, I wish there were also a feature that allows you to set the scale for min/max. This would help viewers glean takeaways quicker, without having to reorient themselves to the scale for each individual chart.
