I nominate @Paul Newcome. it is without a doubt he has shown dedication and generosity to share his vast knowledge of Smartsheet to everyone in the community. Top guy!
Re: Nominate Peak Humans & get a badge!
I'll throw out my list of nominees.
My coworker, @TWO21 for being a runner up in this year's Template contest! Also, for being a fantastic coworker and developer of Smartsheet solutions at Williams.
@Paul Newcome and @Andrée Starå for being incredibly helpful resources in the Community who are always willing to help people out! Truly amazing how generous these two are.
@Genevieve P. @Alison Clancy @Arsineh @Maxwell Griffith @Hunter Reed and @Drew Ridgway for always being available to questions, willing to help me out without hesitation, and just being downright good people willing to do what it takes to build a community and help solve problems. I truly have not worked with another group of people who are so kind and willing to help. Without yall, I would not be doing what I'm doing today.

This is an awesome opportunity to acknowledge our community peers. I feel priviliged to nominate @Paul Newcome for his selfless contribution to the community. When I started using community back in the days, Paul would always post a comment on my questions, making my learning path easier, and inspiring me to activate myself on the community. I would also nominate @Kaveri Vipat, who is my support pillar always and tackles all the technical challenges that we face either internally or with our clients. People like her make our team stronger and reliable.

Re: December Question of the Month 💭 Join the conversation and receive a badge
I'm proud of the fact that I've created some amazing dashboards in Smartsheet, using formulas to calculate the underlying data. 😎
Re: December Question of the Month 💭 Join the conversation and receive a badge
The list is long, I have been busy! I am proud of the multiple high end projects I have completed at work which have come to save the company hundreds of thousands of dollars and thousand of hours.
I am also proud that I have my Smartsheet Core Badge! And I continue to increase my skillset by taking other courses to make me a more valuable asset to my boss, co-workers, team, and my company.

Re: December Question of the Month 💭 Join the conversation and receive a badge
My husband and I made the bold decision to move our little family to northern Wisconsin (5ish hours from family) this summer because we wanted to raise our children here!
Re: December Question of the Month 💭 Join the conversation and receive a badge
In January of 2023 I accepted a promotion, into a different department, and that took me out of my comfort zone but this has been totally rewarding in ways that I could never have dreamed of when I decided to go for it. My work/life balance has improved, my paycheck improved, my commute improved, and I've learned new things all year. I'm feeling really good about making that choice, I'm proud that I was willing to get out of that "comfort zone" mentality and take the risk.

I want to Nominate @Deanna Vandermeer for the peak Human Badge. Deanna has a huge heart and makes work amazing. She is always understanding, Caring, and giving to those around her. She engages with each person on a level of understanding to help them both at work and outside. She has created a love and enthusiasm for smartsheets in us all, and for that, I am so thankful.
I wish I could nominate every community member here because, without the community, we would not have such a huge impact on each other's learning. I love the comradery with each person who comes here and helps everyone with their questions!

Re: Nominate Peak Humans & get a badge!
I second @kowal's nomination of @Alison Clancy! In fact, having two hands, I'd like to second and third that nomination! One of the things I love about this Community is what I assume to be the global village that it is. I say 'assume' because in so many ways I love the fact that we don't know (or need to know) where we are in the world. That said, and likely a classic case of transference 🤔 being in the UK and working for a company where 99% of my daily interactions are with colleagues in the US and Canada, I often "feel" the separation. However, Alison has always made me feel like part of this global community without evening caring about my location - whether it comes to events, swag, etc. A true star!
I would also like to nominate @Andrée Starå, one of the first community members I engaged with in my Smartsheet journey. Andree is a class act - patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful and has a wonderful "teach how to fish instead of giving you a fish" approach which has made me a better Smartsheet user.
Finally, I'd like to give shout outs to @Mirelle Almeida and @Jessica Kamatam, two of my colleagues at Ceridian who I can't speak highly enough of. Mirelle and I worked together for just over 12 months in PMO and she embraces new challenges in a way that is inspiring - taking on new problems, learning new technologies (Smartsheet 0-to-60 in crazy speed!), and has always been a voice of reason (imagine the proverbial angels and devils on your shoulder 🙂. Jessica is a rockstar - open-minded with steely, quiet determination - the level of "crazy" she deals with everyday is on another level and she always delivers and does so with grace, humanity, and compassion.
