Re: Auto Refresh of Published Dashboards
I'd also love this feature. We currently have our Smartsheet account representatives on site and they had a link with a dashboard, that they had to manually refresh to see the new results.
What if, published dashboards just auto-refreshed at a certain rate.

Re: Having issues with Year formulas
Try this:
=(YEAR([Date Completed]@row) - YEAR(Age@row) - IF(MONTH([Date Completed]@row) < MONTH(Age@row), 1, 0)) + " Y " + (MONTH([Date Completed]@row) - MONTH([Date Completed]@row) + IF(MONTH([Date Completed]@row) < MONTH(Age@row), 12, 0)) + " M"

Re: Allow New Users Under the New User Subscription Model to be set to Viewer
I agree with the above, this all seems like a big money grab by Smartsheets. We are now going through our first "true up". There should be admin controls that allow only certain people to share at anything above the viewer level, It should be possible to limit the number of licenses to the number we have purchase. This has come to the attention of our corporate software dept, which has threatened to force the PMO to use another system if we are unable to keep the costs at what was negotiated with Smartsheets.

Re: User subscription model (USM) - provisional status visible and obvious for end user
110% correct! I will go one step further and say the System Admin also needs to be notified. In a larger company (like mine) it is all but impossible to manage the provisional members without knowing WHEN the membership was created, WHO created it, and from WHICH asset.

Re: Form Pages
I think there is a lot of room for improvement for Forms. This would be a nice feature to have. We use forms for applications and having multiple pages (especially if previous entries are SAVED), would be a great added feature. We are currently forced to utilize Form Assembly, for this reason. Smartsheet forms look nice, are more customizable, and automatically populate data in spreadsheets... it would be nice to be able to use Smartsheet for our more lengthy applications.

Re: Tabbing through "pages" in form
We use forms for patient's. and our employee has to fill out some items at the top (because we have to have it all on one page), however if the patient scrolls up they are able to change information and submit it before our employee can see it. A page break would BE BUSINESS CHANGING!!!

Toggle Column Filters
It would be a time saving feature in place of the existing conditions feature function to have the option of a toggle on/off column filter feature that provide at the column a quick filtering options based on the column types (date - date filters, text - text filters) and include a text field to type in a value; and the ability to filter by column formatting colors.
Yes, but I am referring to something similar to what is available in E*cel. It's a simple yet effective feature. I added screenshots for reference.
Thank you.

Re: Licenses and True-up confusion
Hello.
So, point 3 - This is contradictory. You say I can adjust the role if I have someone who still needs to contribute to sheets without having full Member access, but then you say it's either Member or Viewer.
I have someone who contributes to one sheet only. Are you saying I now have to give them full Member access? That isn't financially viable and completely misses the point of having sheets that are collaborative!

Can I set up an update or approval request using only cells that contain data?
I currently have a sheet that captures many fields of data, but not all of the fields are filled out every time and the same ones are not always consistently filled out. Is there a way to send an update and/or approval request where it includes only fields that contain data? Currently, the email received and approval/request portal look quite clunky with all of the blank data fields.
TYIA!
