Re: Using automation, how to delete a row after a certain time period?
Jeez, why is the answer always "spend more money and buy premium apps"? This is a simple process no different from "move row" or "copy row" that should be part of the core application.
Re: Override Ability on Max # of Columns to be Deleted at One Time.
When will this be available in Grid view?

Symbol Size
Currently, there is no ability to change any of the symbol size. I have a requirement to use Harvey balls on a dashboard (nothing other option). However, because the size is not customizable Smartsheet is not a good solution for what we need.
Percentage decimal point
Allow the percent to allow you to set the decimal point for the percentage to show up the way you want it to look.
instead of 25000% it can read as 25%, if it has a decimal example or 29.61 with out the decimal this filed can automatically adjust to the format you choose.
Re: How to use filter to hide and unhide columns
I would vote for this…. this is a pretty common tool in most spreadsheet applications in 2024.
Re: How to use filter to hide and unhide columns
I would vote for this an an improvement. Very necessary in my day to day work.
Record date and person who last attached a file to a sheet
I love data shuttle - and have built so many of them into my systems, both automated data shuttles and integrating data on attachment.
We are a team of 2 people managing a common database, we have divided our tasks up into weekly and monthly tasks. We swap who is responsible for these tasks on a monthly basis to shake things up a bit.
Our weekly tasks are currently organized into a to-do list that gets updated when one of us attaches a file to the sheet (see below). At present, I have the contents of the file completely replacing all rows on the sheet with new rows from the file (then, they get moved to another sheet that we report off of).
I am trying to record the name of the person who attached the last file as they are responsible for those particular tasks (see that Celia attached the last file below). The problem is, I am the sheet owner and the person who set up the data shuttle - every time my colleague attaches a file, it looks like I have made the last updates to the sheet. I can see her name in the Attachments panel - and what time she attached the file. But at present there is no way to get that information into rows / columns on the sheet.
This would be so helpful for a number of reasons, including tracking how current the data is (when the file was last attached to the sheet) - and enable us to automatically parse our reports/to-do list to specific users.
Thanks for considering this feature.

Re: Request for Rollback - create sheets in Sheets folder
Or, could someone at Smartsheet explain what features will be ADDED to make up for the loss of the functionality of the "Sheets" folder? If workspaces are also being enhanced at the same time that would be great. If not, why remove something many of us depend on, except to make it easier to support?
Edit: found the FAQ on this here:
What's most alarming is the question, "What happens to the file structure I created in the Sheets folder?"
A: Specific folder structures you created in the Sheets folder aren't preserved in the conversion. If you want to maintain specific folder structures, we recommend creating a new workspace with your desired structure and moving your items to it. Otherwise, you don't need to do anything else.
This is going to be a very time consuming process for me…

Re: Request for Rollback - create sheets in Sheets folder
I just discovered I could not create a new folder in the "Sheets" folder, and the reason for it. :(
I discovered this post where @Paul Newcome quotes the following from Smartsheet:
"We deprecated the "Sheets" folder and are replacing it with Workspaces for a more streamlined experience".
Am I the only one that uses sheets extensively to keep my Workspaces folder clean?
My request is to please allow us to continue using the "Sheets" folder.
I don't even mind if it has limited functionality—sharing abilities, for example. I just prefer the speed it offers in organizing unused or in-production sheets before I move them to workspaces, as well as the separate area for them.
Plus currently Workspaces is VERY LIMITED in allowing only 100 objects to be copied or "Save as New".
If I cannot stop the ball from rolling down the hill, please allow drag and dropping workspaces into each other by auto-converting the workspace into a folder when you drag-and-drop it into a different workspace, which would also require removing the 100 object limit.
