Re: Update Request Customization - descriptions and headers like a Form
As with a form, it would be nice to have some type of help text the user can see when filling out the update request form. This will drastically improve the user experience and help us add value to users we ask to update data on our sheets.

I want to send an attachment without sending the link to the sheet. This is not an option. If you select any fields to send, you must send a link to the sheet. Can we have a way to just list the fields or select an attachment to send without sending a link to the sheet. Can the attachment be on top of the email instead of at the bottom. So it is easy to see/find.
Remove Total Row in Report for Qualitative Metrics
I am using the summary function within a report, and I am using the "First" option of summarizing to bring the latest date to the summary field. There is no need for the "Total" column at the top of the report when summarizing a quantitative metric like picking the latest date in the column.

Re: Copying Workflows between Sheets
From a best practices standard, this feature would be very helpful because I create all my workflows in a test sheet to get the workflow working correctly. Then I have to recreate the workflow in our production sheet. I don't create workflows in production sheets until it has been tested in a sheet that I copied from production - I'm not going to update cells that could get updated wrong by the workflow without testing it.

Relationship Report - collect multiple sheets' data to one row based on an ID
Come up with a relationship type set up across different sheets in Smartsheet like how MS Access does with their tables. This will allow users to easily create reports using different sheets without having to have the sheets all mirror one another just for the information to flow properly.
You can set up relationships in MS Access across different tables. This way you can create a query that has different information from different tables all compiled into 1 Table, and from there create a report if you desire.

In Smartsheet, you can't do that. If you try to create a report from 2 different sheets, this is the result...
Sheet to include new column: Attachment Name
As suggested in Attachment File Name Inserted in a Cell β Smartsheet Community it would be useful to have the ability to create an # Auto Column that simply displays the name of the attachments included in the rows.
We sometimes have to provide reports to Clients that include this information - manually inputting this information is laborious. I would like to avoid having to use API's or Zapier etc.

Collapse Workspaces when searching for source report for dashboard report widget
Today, when adding the reports widget to the dashboard upon clicking for the source report user is presented with the dialog with all the reports across the Workspaces and this list is expanded by default making it difficult to scroll and look up (yes there is search but when you have reports with same name across folders and workspaces it is not very helpful).
Alternatively, user can be presented with the reports in the current workspace to start with.
