How can I add a second admin to a Work App?
I have a work app that I'm sharing with a cross-departmental team, and I need to have a second person able to manage roles and add/remove users. I know how to set up roles to manage page permissions, but how can I give another user admin permissions for the entire work app? Thank you for your help!

Data Shuttle adding blank rows
I have a data shuttle where it pulls data every time a file is loaded and adds a row. It works well except that it adds a blank row before the new data every time. I've tried filters, but is there another way to prevent this from happening?

Jira to Smartsheet connection
HEllo, I am trying to perform some simple Smartsheet - Jira connection, but I do not know how to enable this function in the new smartsheet. I can see the Jira connector in one of my old SS's but in new, this option in not abaliable. Do you know what should be enabled in order to get connection options?
