How can I add a second admin to a Work App?

I have a work app that I'm sharing with a cross-departmental team, and I need to have a second person able to manage roles and add/remove users. I know how to set up roles to manage page permissions, but how can I give another user admin permissions for the entire work app?

Try adding them by their email and then allow them access to edit all items.

Something I discovered, if any user/admin is from outside the company, it may cost more to allow them to update the app.

I have this issue as well - only the owner of a workapp can make updates to roles and pages and this is a huge single point of failure for us expanding use of the product.

I requested it ages ago and have had my team as well. I had to log in on vacation to make a key employee change because no one else can edit them.

does this mean we should resubmit all our feedback items? i have a whole folder of them :D

Yes, but ensure that nobody else has submitted the same, because then you should only vote on it.
