Update Form Not Working
I have confirmations from two weeks ago that I updated the Smartsheets through an update email that was sent; however, my updates don’t appear. My staff said that the form that pops up on the email that is sent doesn’t work so they have to update changes directly on the sheet. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I use chrome and I use the keyboard shortcuts for switching between tabs. The first tab from the left is accessed with ctrl+1, but in smartsheets this hides and unhides the toolbar. Automatic letter send when drop down field is changed
I would like to set up an automatic "customized" email (letter) to the person who filled out the form (they submit their email into form). I would like this to occur when I change a drop down field in the spreadsheet.
Is anyone using an Air Pen or scanner to add data to a sheet?
We'd like to enter data from hard copy files into a sheet. We've found air pens or scanners, but we're not sure if we can use them with Smartsheet.
