Google Calendar sync error

Hi,

We have been using the same Smartsheet file for a few years now, no issue, all events published ok on Google Calendar.

But since the beginning of the year, we have this issue, where the information is no longer displayed, just the filled row. Nothing changed on the file, so not sure where the issue is from. Anyone had the same issue?

Strange! What happens if you connect it to another calendar?

If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.

Hi Andrée, thank you for your suggestion. I had created multiple calendars to test and some of them were working fine, but also adding the headers where the current one did not.

After days and days of trying multiple ways, this morning it started working on its own. I think Alanis Morissette might have had smth to do with it 😁
