Automation is running correctly, except for one person
Hi there,
I have an automation currently set up with some simple conditional logic. Basically, I have a field that has 5 drop-down options. If one of the first 3 options is chosen, a group of people get notified. If either of the other 2 options is chosen, then that group PLUS two other people get notified.
The bizarre thing is that this automation is working for one of the aforementioned two additional people, but not the second person. I've checked the logic repeatedly and also am checking to make sure the person's email address is correct, but other automations using her email are working fine.

The easiest thing to test is to duplicate the workflow and see if the new one works. If it doesn't, I agree with Kelly. A screenshot would be the next step.

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for your help! I actually think I found out the cause of the problem Monday. The notifications were going to the recipient's "other" Inbox (which is why she didn't find them when I asked her to check her spam - I suppose "other" is different from "spam"). So it turns out, it was working OK all along.
