I would like to see the ability to create and manage folders for attachments at the workspace level. Right now its just one giant list of attachments.

Add the attachment URL to a column for a row to be listed in the JIRA description.
I am using a formula to grab different columns data for a row to be used to create the JIRA description for a ticket. I need to be able to have the attachment URL for a row to be listed in the JIRA description as well as part of the formula when the ticket is created.
