Data Shuttle Upload from a Sharepoint - Schedule update issues
Hi,
I've created a workflow to upload data from an Excel file in Sharepoint into a Smartsheet report. The workflow works when I set it up BUT I have set a schedule to run Every Monday at 7:00 am. However, on the schedule time, it is not pulling data from the Sharepoint Excel file any more. All Rows are deleted and my smartsheet target report is now blank. I have tried running the workflow manually again but its not working either - the target sheet is still blank. I've checked the source file, it has not been moved, deleted, or renamed. I've checked the "Last Run" status and it shows green check "completed" - (Screenshot below)
Any ideas on how solve this?

Sheet activity log below. It does show rows inserted / Deleted - the rest are just Sheet Viewed. Could it be saving the updates in a new revision of the sheet??!!

I think it's inserting blank rows. It deletes 17 rows, then inserts 17 (blank) rows. Even if your source file has data, maybe Data Shuttle is having trouble matching your source columns to your sheet columns.
Is your column mapping correct? Double check that your source and target columns are matched up correctly. You may want to review your column type settings as well. I've never experienced any issues just leaving this as "Auto," but it's worth looking into.

I cant find any issues withe the mapping (screen shot below) - its a recurring issue on some of my other workflows as well.

If you've confirmed there aren't any sheet workflows that might be related to the issue, I would submit a support ticket so Smartsheet can look at your sheet on the backend and see what's going on.
I'm curious to hear what's going on, if you have time to post an update once they troubleshoot this.
