Blue Print Error

When anyone with control center access goes to control center and then Manage Program, when we click on the F + R blue print we get a page that says "Please Wait - Sorry...this is taking longer than expected" and then never loads. Has anyone else experienced this before?

    I'm able to access and Manage all my blueprints without issue; this leads me to believe it's a specific issue with your one blueprint or account accessing the blueprint.

    In this instance I would suggest working with Support to troubleshoot the issue, providing them with as much detail as possible, screen captures, and testing steps you've tried (e.g. other browser, other network connection, list of other users seeing the same thing).
