Why are my Blueprint Summaries blank?

Hi All,

We recently started using Smartsheet CC. We had 5 blueprint summaries created and they're all working fine. I wanted to add a new column to one of my blueprint summaries, but when I went through the Blueprint Builder, the blueprint summary section now has blanks for sheet selections when just yesterday the 5 blueprint summaries with data field selections were populated. The summaries still appear to be working, but I can't add additional columns through the blueprint builder. Hoping someone has had this issue before and I made a mistake somewhere.

    It could have something to do with the recent outage, so I'd recommend having a look again later in the week, and if it looks the same, then you could reach out to Support.

    We escalated our ticket this morning since we're also having the same issue with our summary sheets. If I were you, I'd double check any recently provisioned projects. We started getting errors after provisioning a project stating that "Reporting: couldn't find summary data in the template" and "Summary Reporting: no summary report for sheet: '{Template Sheet Name}".

    In addition to that issue:

    I can't edit our blueprint config. When I try it's saying that no templates are included. I've already confirmed that the blueprint template folder exists.

    Control Center is stating that I don't have Admin permissions on the source folder, but I'm the owner.
