Smartsheet is missing the ability to use a wildcard (*) in it's functions. This is a valuable tool and would be incredibly helpful, please add this functionality.

I want to echo Samuel Mueller’s request for the addition of wildcard functionality (e.g., *) within Smartsheet formulas. The ability to perform partial matches is fundamental in many spreadsheet use cases—especially when working with large data sets or performing flexible lookups and filters.

Currently, the absence of a wildcard function limits the efficiency of many workflows. This is a basic yet powerful feature found in other platforms like Excel and Google Sheets, and would be a valuable step forward in expanding Smartsheet’s formula capabilities.

I have the need to share published reports with customers, but i don't want them to see the conversations that exist on the line or the attachments we use either. It would be great to be able to hide those for published reports.
