Failed to Load Request error when adding Shortcut from DropBox to Dashboard
When trying to add a shortcut on a SmartSheet Dashboard to a PDF in DropBox, we are getting the error "Failed to load request." We do this all frequently. There are a few files we added last week that are still available and we can reattach. However, any other files are not attaching. Is there a SmartSheet or Drop Box issue?
