Dynamic View Logic - Field Not Required

Hi,

I'm setting up a Dynamic View and trying to use logic in the Details Panel.

I want several fields to be shown when the answer to a certain question is Yes.

However one of the fields that I want to be shown will record a date when an event has finished and therefore wont be populated for some time.

When I set up the logic in the form its showing all of the fields which are triggered by the logic as being required in order to save. I've double checked and the specific fields aren't tagged as being required.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a flaw in how the logic works here?
