How to cross reference dates on a master sheet and then edit those dates on different worksheet?
Total noob here. I have a master sheet with 4 critical dates in regards to completing a major project (new restaurant opening). The critical dates are subject to change as some parts of the project are subject to be delayed due to construction, permits, etc. I would like to only have to change the dates on the master critical date sheet and then all the connected worksheets would have their task start dates updated based on the master critical date sheet.
What formula do I use to cross reference (or should I just link cells?) the critical date to a different worksheet and then be able to edit those dates to read such as "Start Date=1 week before critical date," "start date=same as critical date," "start date=2 weeks after critical date", etc.

You can cell link, or use Index/match formula like is shown in this video: https://youtu.be/-PoQkm1u47s
You would then use date formulas to calculate the other dates like:
=[Start Date]@row + 14
^this would give you 2 weeks after the critical date.
Does that help?
