Hi all,
Sometimes i need to add new data to a dropdown list but it's hard for me to add because it's in a lot of different sheets.
How do i automatically add data to all dropdown list column? (Python, Automation, Make, Zapier etc.)
Hi @Emre Gül
I hope you're well and safe!
You could use the Premium App, Data Shuttle, or the Smartsheet API, or something like the 3rd-party service Zapier or something similar.
Would any of those options work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
Best,

Thank you for your response @Andrée Starå
I want to automatically change the dropdown list values. I don't want to enter the values manually
@Emre Gül
Happy to help!
Can you elaborate on how you'd like it to work?
Do you want to update the dropdown list options in multiple places?
@Andrée Starå Yes, this is exactly what i want. But not manually, only automatically
Ok.
Then some of the options are.
Here's a guide with Data Shuttle that I usually use in my client solutions. (one sheet gets updated that, in turn, updates all options where needed)
Are any of those an option?

Has anyone done this using Zapier? I'm sure there are a load of uses for DataShuttle, I've tested it and it works well. But its a chunk of change just to have drop-down dynamically updated, and we're already using Zapier.

Alternatively you can get an off the shelf add-on that is purpose built just for this. I happen to offer such an add-on, and is within the budget of most businesses.
Read about it and see a demo here:
