Form Dropdowns

Is it possible to limit the dropdown options on a Form to just a subset of those in use on the corresponding sheet? In other words, the field on my sheet has 10 options but I would like users of the Form to only be able to select among 6 of those options as the remaining 4 are for internal use only.

Hi @nbuikema12, I played around with some form logic and I don't think it's possible. Would it be feasible to split these so one dropdown column only has the external values and another dropdown column has the internal values?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Add a separator between the options and combine it with the Conditional Logic feature, and if they select an option they shouldn't, you could show a message that they need to select another option.
