Creating a Form with Multiple Languages

I have an intake sheet that will have information being gathered globally. I would like to have a language choice (currently 8 are available with our current system) at the beginning of the form and depending on the response, the corresponding translated questions would appear.

I just don't know how to do this with the logic and not having to create a column for each question depending on the language. My intake sheet has the potential of over 40 columns due to the amount information we have to ask for to determine correct responses.

The other option we thought was to create individual forms depending on the language, but this can be cumbersome in the future if changes are needed, then you are changing 8 forms.

    Hi @liz.mayeux

I hope you're well and safe!

I developed something similar for a client recently, but it was only two languages, so we solved it with two different forms.

I think the only way would be to create separate forms for each option because otherwise, you would have to add many more so-called helper columns.

I'd recommend adding them together in a Dashboard/Portal where they could go and select the correct one depending on their language.

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
