Data Shuttle Error Message
I realized a few of my shuttles were completed with errors and they all have the same error message of "Unable to add rows to target sheet : UNKNOWN: The specified key does not exist." but I'm unsure how to fix this error? I tried reselecting the target sheet, but it already seemed to be looking in the correct area.

You are not the only one. It is an error with Smartsheet's backend to AWS S3. I hope they fix it soon.

@marc4 oh interesting. I haven't heard anything about that. Could it be that even if it's only happening to some of my shuttles and not all? Do they have anything about that anywhere?

Same here, I have over 40 shuttles and only 3 are having this problem. No word back from SS.

Support received a few similar tickets where certain Data Shuttle workflows were returning an error on June 2nd. This has now been resolved so you shouldn't be receiving any errors; if you still are, please continue to follow-up with them in your tickets with additional information.
